Along with Chef Mike Wiley, they own Big Tree Hospitality, which includes Eventide Oyster Co., Hugo’s, The Honey Paw, and Big Tree Catering in Maine, as well as Eventide Fenway in Boston, MA. In all areas of their culinary work they are driven by relentless creativity and inspired by the bounty of New England.
