Loro Pitmaster Bramwell Tripp was Born in Frederick, MD., raised in Cedar Rapids and Cincinnati and is a graduate of Kent State University. Tripp spent time at Coltivare and Revival Market Houston and was the Executive Chef of the Pit Room Houston, which was named in the Top 50 BBQ by Texas Monthly. Tripp joined Loro as Pitmaster with the opening team in 2018, where he explores combining new flavors with traditional smoking techniques.
