Jeremy Charles’s influence goes beyond food, he is an important ambassador of the Newfoundland and Labrador culture. Jeremy’s aim as a chef is to showcase and celebrate Newfoundland and Labrador products, indigenous ingredients, and wild game. He has been able to translate his deep passion for nature into the food at Raymonds, with his partner and sommelier Jeremy Bonia. Jeremy has collaborated with Phaidon Press to release his first cookbook, expected release in May 2019. Charles currently lives in St. John’s, Newfoundland with his wife and two children.
