Jesse Griffiths is co-owner of Dai Due Butcher Shop and Supper Club, Dai Due Taqueria, and the New School of Traditional Cookery, a series of ethical hunting, fishing, cooking and butchery classes. In 2012, he authored "Afield", which was nominated for a James Beard award. His second book, a treatise on wild boar, is expected to be released in late 2020.
