A Southern California native, Chef Jordan Sanchez began his culinary career in 2012 at Farmshop located in Brentwood, California, where he first worked with Garrison’s previous Chef de Cuisine, Jason Purcell. He relocated to Austin in 2017 to join the pre-opening team at Garrison as Sous Chef, and worked directly with Chef Jason Purcell in the culinary development and direction of the kitchen, securing AAA’s Four Diamond rating in 2019. Jordan has participated in many high-profile events and culinary competitions as Garrison’s chef representation, and has been instrumental in the restaurant’s success, making him a natural fit to take on the lead role of the restaurant.
