As Executive Pastry Chef and partner of Launderette & Fresa’s Chicken, Laura is a five-time James Beard Foundation Award semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef, and has been recognized both nationally & locally for her creative take on timeless classics. A veteran of Brooklyn, Laura moved to Austin in 2009 and lives with her partner and their two adorable pups. She loves traveling, salty snacks, and all things candy.
