Quy Hoang pitmaster/coowner of Blood Bros Bbq in Bellaire, Tx. Started of as an avid backyard griller until about 2012 when I started messing around with smoked meats on my Weber kettle. After that initial experiment I was bit by the bbq bug and wanted to master the craft. Around 2013 myself, Robin Wong, and Terry Wong decided to take it to another level and started doing pop ups around town as Blood Bros BBQ. We were regulars in the bbq pop up and festival scene until 2019 when we opened our brick and mortar. With Houston being the melting pot that it is, we like to incorporate the flavors we grew up eating into our food. Vietnamese, Korean, Thai, Caribbean, and Mediterranean are just some of the flavors we love.
