He’s the owner of Apis Restaurant & Apiary, a restaurant located in Spicewood, Texas that symbolizes the sustainable cycle of the honeybee by focusing on seasonality and regenerative agriculture. A skilled chef, Hall’s experience crafting artful dishes comes from years of experience at top restaurants including time-honored Brennan’s in New Orleans and Nancy Oakes’s James Beard Award-winning Boulevard in San Francisco.
