Pok Pok-Up

In celebration of Andy Ricker's new book, Pok Pok Noodles: Recipes from Thailand and Beyond, in Austin, guests will enjoy a special collaborative menu created by Ricker and Franklin. Part Pok Pok, part Franklin experience, all guests, including those with tickets, will wait in the famed Franklin line for the dinner experience.
"I can't wait to canoodle with Aaron in a bowl of noodles and BBQ to celebrate the release of Pok Pok Noodles: Recipes from Thailand and Beyond in Austin at Hot Luck," said Ricker.
Additionally, the Pok Pok-Up party will continue down the street at Nickel City with a pop-up menu from Westward Whiskey. Westwward will be pouring their award-winning American Single Malt, a whiskey brewed and distilled in Portland that draws inspiration from Oregon's deeply-rooted beer culture and just earned a Double Gold, the most prestigious medal, at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

$85 per Ticket

Ticket price includes a plate of food as well as a signed copy of Andy Ricker's new book, Pok Pok Noodles: Recipes from Thailand and Beyond.
Advance ticket sales are now closed; limited walk-ups will be available day of event based on capacity.

Whole Enchilada Access

The Pok Pok-Up is also available to Hot Luck Whole Enchilada pass holders (entry on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to capacity) with a plate of food included.
