WHEN IS HOT LUCK?

Hot Luck takes place year-round in cities all over the world in the form of chef driven food and music experiences. The 2020 edition of the festival will return Memorial Day weekend (May 21-24) in Austin, TX.

WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL?

The festival consists of a wide variety of events and surprises that will be held at various locations centered around downtown Austin and throughout the city. Hot Luck also pops up in various cities year-round.

WHAT DOES THE FESTIVAL BENEFIT?

WHERE AND WHEN CAN I BUY TICKETS FOR HOT LUCK?

All tickets are sold directly through hotluckfest.com. Individual tickets will go on sale in spring when chef and music talent are announced. Right now, the all-in Whole Enchilada passes are on sale - for a limited time, snag yours for a discounted price here.

WHAT KIND OF TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AND HOW DO I BUY THEM?

Ticket options for the festival offer something for everyone, with prices from $15 to $550. Most of our events are a la carte and a few are offered only through The Whole Enchilada Ticket Package. All tickets can be purchased via hotluckfest.com. Stay tuned for info on pop-ups.

With a wide variety of events throughout the (Memorial Day) weekend of Hot Luck Festival in Austin, we have lots of opportunities for you to get involved. Are you a people person? Wine and food enthusiast? A stickler for details? Boy, do we have a job for you! Email volunteer@hotluckfest.com.

WILL ANY OF THE EVENTS BE CANCELLED IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

All events at Hot Luck Festival will take place rain or shine. Weather contingency plans are in place for each event.

DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN AT YOUR EVENTS?

Our food events are all ages; our music events follow the music venue’s policy.

I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All of our events are omnivore friendly. We will have a few vegetarian options at our main events; however, in order for us to allow our participating chefs full creativity, our events are not catered to vegetarians or those with strict dietary restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.

DOES HOT LUCK FESTIVAL RECOMMEND ANY HOTELS FOR GUESTS TRAVELING TO THE FESTIVAL FROM OUT OF TOWN?
