Event Policies for the 2026 Hot Luck Live Austin (the “Event”)
A Hot Luck wristband or the official Hot Luck lanyard must be worn and properly displayed at all Hot Luck events. Passes are non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Resale of passes is not permitted.
Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests who are of legal drinking age and present a valid government-issued photo ID upon request. IDs will be checked before alcohol is served. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who cannot provide acceptable identification or appears intoxicated.
Please drink responsibly.
Firearms Free Policy
To ensure a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for all attendees, staff, volunteers, and vendors, Hot Luck strictly prohibits the presence or carrying of firearms and other dangerous weapons at this event. This policy applies to all event venues, indoor spaces, outdoor grounds, and event-controlled parking areas, regardless of whether an attendee possesses a valid concealed weapons permit.
Event Code of Conduct
Participants shall comply at all times during the Event with Hot Luck Code of Conduct (currently available at https://hotluckfest.com/code-of-conduct subject to change at any time in People Inc.’s sole discretion).
All participants – staff, attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, and volunteers – at our event are required to agree to and abide by this Event Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this Code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a professional, respectful, welcoming, and safe environment for all participants.
Cancellation Policy
All ticket purchases are completely non-refundable.
Music Events
Tickets for music events may be sold, processed and fulfilled by independent venues (Venues”). Where tickets are purchased through a Venue, the purchase transaction is solely between you and the applicable Venue and is subject to that Venue’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, refund policy and other applicable policies.
Weather Policy
The Event will operate rain or shine. If the Event is cancelled for any reason, as determined by People Inc. in its sole and absolute discretion, People Inc. may reschedule the Event for a future date or offer a credit for a future Hot Luck event.

Your information may be used to inform you of important account updates and offers suited to your needs. People Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries may also share such information for you to receive notices of offers and services from companies involved with or related to the Event.
Right to Use Your Name, Voice, Image and Likeness
People Inc. Group., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licenses (collectively “People Inc.”), may be filming and photographing at the Event for public broadcast and print and digital distribution.
By using your pass/credentials at the Event or attending the Event you grant People Inc. the irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license throughout the universe to (1) broadcast/stream live, and/or record (by photographs, film, tape, aural devices and any other method or device), you and your attendance (including without limitation your name, voice, image, likeness, actions, participation and performance) (the “Recordings”) at the Event which may have events sponsored by various sponsors and exhibitors (“Sponsors”); (2) use, modify, copy, distribute and/or exploit the Recordings for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotional, editorial and/or commercial trade purposes for and associated with the Event, future Hot Luck events, People Inc. and/or the Sponsors, and each of their respective products and services, in any and all media, formats and methods of transmission now known or hereafter developed, without restriction or compensation to you. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded at the Event for these purposes, including, without limitation, television broadcast, online, and print distribution, you must not attend the Event.
